Learning outcomes

Through a mixture of theory and practical course work, learn to:

Apply safe isolation, testing and verification processes before disconnection and reconnection tasks
Follow job instructions, switching procedures and workplace permits and authorisations
Disconnect and reconnect low voltage equipment and circuits within permitted scope and requirements
Identify hazards, manage risk controls, and use tools and test equipment correctly
Complete documentation, communicate outcomes, and escalate issues appropriately
